Get more reviews
Ask every customer for a review while the clean car is still fresh in their mind.

- 1Go to Marketing → Automated emails.
- 2Check Collect Online Rating is Enabled. It sends 1 hour after a booking is completed.
- 3Tap Edit to change the wording. The default subject is "Leave A Review: Thanks For Booking".
- 4Add your Google review link to the email, so customers land straight on your Google review form. You'll find the link in your Google Business Profile, under "Ask for reviews".
