Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Automate Affiliate Programme. By applying to or taking part in the programme, you agree to them.

• "Automate", "we", "us" means Washdoctors Ltd, trading as Automate.
• "You" means the person or business approved as an affiliate.
• "Referred business" means a business that signs up to Automate using your referral code.
• "Commission period" means the 18 months starting on the date of a referred business's first subscription payment.

These terms sit alongside our general Terms of Service. If the two conflict on anything about the programme, these terms apply.

You apply using the application link at getautomate.io/affiliates. We approve or decline applications at our discretion and don't have to give a reason.

To join, you must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. Once approved, you get a unique referral code and access to your affiliate dashboard.

Keep your dashboard login secure. You're responsible for anything done through your account.

Your code gives a referred business 1 month of Automate free (100% off the subscription), starting when their 14-day free trial ends. That's 1 month and 14 days free in total. After that, they pay the standard price.

• The code is for new customers only: businesses that have never had an Automate account or subscription. It can't be combined with any other offer or discount.
• The referred business must enter your code when they sign up. We can't add a code after sign-up.
• Your code is the only way referrals are tracked. If a business signs up without it, you don't earn commission on them, even if you introduced them.

You earn 20% of every subscription payment a referred business makes during their commission period: the 18 months from their first subscription payment.

• Commission is calculated on the subscription fee we actually receive, excluding VAT. It isn't paid on any other charges.
• The 14-day trial and the free month don't count. The 18 months only start once the referred business makes their first payment.
• If the referred business cancels, stops paying or lets their subscription lapse, commission on them stops for good, even if there's time left in their commission period. It doesn't restart if they come back later.
• There's no cap on how many businesses you can refer.
• We may agree a different rate with an individual affiliate in writing. Unless we have, the rate is 20%.

Commission is approved 30 days after the payment it relates to, and paid out monthly once your approved balance reaches £25.

• The 30-day hold covers refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back during the hold, no commission is due on it.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back after we've paid you, we'll deduct that commission from your future payouts.
• We pay approved balances on the first working day of each month, using the payout method set in your dashboard.
• If your approved balance is under £25, it rolls over to the next month.
• Payouts are in pounds sterling. Any fees your bank or payment provider charges you are yours to cover.
• Keep your payout details up to date. We're not liable for payments lost because of wrong details you gave us.

If you break any of these rules, we can remove you from the programme and cancel your unpaid commission (see section 9).

• No self-referral. Don't use your own code on your own account, or on any business you own, run or work for.
• No brand bidding. Don't bid on "Automate", "getautomate" or similar terms in Google Ads or any other paid search. Don't use our name in domain names, social handles or ad account names.
• No spam. Follow UK marketing and data protection law, including PECR and UK GDPR. Don't send marketing emails or texts to anyone who hasn't agreed to receive them.
• No voucher or coupon sites. Don't post your code on discount-code, voucher or cashback websites.
• Say you're an affiliate. Make it clear you earn commission when you promote Automate, for example by labelling posts "#ad". The UK advertising codes (CAP Code) require this.
• No misleading claims. Don't make untrue claims about Automate's features, pricing or results, and don't promise anyone earnings.
• Don't pose as us. Don't suggest you work for Automate or can speak on our behalf.
• No fake sign-ups. Don't create fake or duplicate accounts, or get anyone else to, in order to earn commission.

While you're in the programme, you can use the Automate name, logo and the materials in your affiliate portal to promote Automate under these terms.

• Use the materials as supplied. Don't edit our logo or make your own versions of it.
• Don't use our brand in a way that could harm our reputation or suggest we endorse anything else.
• If we ask you to change or remove content that mentions Automate, do it within 7 days.
• When you leave the programme, stop using our brand and materials straight away.

We can change the referral offer, the commission rate or structure, and these terms at any time.

• We'll email you at least 14 days before any change to commission or these terms takes effect.
• Commission changes apply to businesses referred after the change date. Businesses you referred before it stay on the commission terms that applied when they signed up.
• We can change the offer your code gives referred businesses at any time. Businesses that have already signed up keep the offer they signed up with.
• If you keep taking part after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you don't agree, you can leave the programme.

We can suspend or remove you from the programme at any time, including for breaking these terms, suspected fraud, poor performance or inactivity. What happens to your commission depends on the reason.

• For breach or suspected fraud, removal can be immediate. For any other reason, we'll give you 14 days' notice by email.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before closing the programme.
• Once you're removed, your code stops working for new sign-ups.
• If you leave or are removed for a reason other than breach or fraud, we'll pay any final balance under £25 once your last referral's commission is approved.
• You can leave at any time by emailing us.

Tax. You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance on commission. Commission amounts include any VAT you need to account for; we don't add VAT on top.

Tracking. We don't guarantee the programme, dashboard or tracking will always be available or error-free. Our records of sign-ups, payments and commission are final unless you can show they're wrong.

Liability. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from the programme. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Indemnity. You'll cover any losses, claims or costs we incur because you broke these terms or the law while promoting Automate.

Relationship. You're an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent or partner. You can't make commitments on our behalf.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
