Delete your Automate account

Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Automate account”.

Technicians can also ask the business they work for to remove them from its Automate dashboard.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your login, name, email address, phone number, profile, location history, in-app messages and device notification tokens.

Records of bookings, payments, payouts and supply orders are kept for up to 6 years where UK tax and accounting law requires it, and then deleted.

Card details are held by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us.

If you are a business owner, closing the business account also removes your technicians' access.
