- 1Go to Marketing and open Automated emails.
- 2You'll see every email Automate can send, what triggers it, when it goes, and whether it's on.
- 3Editable emails can be reworded or switched on and off. Read only ones are essential (booking confirmations, payment receipts, cancellations) and always send.
- 4Tap Create Booking Reminder to add your own reminder.
