Set up your service areas

Service areas are the places you cover. Each one can have its own packages, prices and technicians.

Add a new area
Go to Service areas and click Add New Territory. The page is headed Territories; it's the same thing.

Draw it or upload it
Draw your territory on the map, or upload a KML file if you already have your areas mapped.

Draw the area
Zoom in, then use the circle tool (click the centre, move out, click again) or the shape tool (click to add points, then click the first point to finish).

Name it and save
Give it a name and a city, then click Save territory.

Use it in your packages
Open a package and tick the area under Coverage, and add area prices under Pricing if you charge differently there.
