For jobs you can't price up front, let customers describe the job and send photos, then reply with a price.

Create a quote package
Go to Packages, click Add Package and choose Request a quote under How do customers book this?

Set what customers tell you
Under Customer request, customers fill in one box about the job. Tick Require at least one photo if you need to see it before pricing.

Set your default payment terms
Choose Deposit, Pay on the day or Pay in full. For a deposit, set the percentage and whether it's non-refundable. You can change these on each quote.

Choose where it's offered
Tick the service areas and technicians under Coverage, then Save & publish.
