Most enquiries ask the same two things. Your booking page answers both, with your real prices and live availability, and lets your customers book on the spot.
WhatsApp Business
- 1Go to Settings → Business tools → Quick replies and add a new one.
- 2Give it a shortcut, like
/book. - 3Write your message, e.g. "Thanks for getting in touch! You can see my prices and book a slot here: [your link]".
- 4In any chat, type
/and pick it.
Instagram and Facebook
- In Meta Business Suite, open your Inbox and add a saved reply with your link. It works for Messenger and Instagram DMs.
