Add technicians and territories directly to packages

When creating or editing a package, assign technicians and locations to that package on the same screen, without having to go elsewhere.
Update from the team
Done! It's now much easier to assign areas and technicians to packages whenever you create a new package. Just edit a package, scroll to the bottom of the package page, and select the people and areas to assign the package to.
